3. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, errors may occur. WILDLAB reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be disclosed at checkout.
4. Orders, Payment & Cancellation
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed. WILDLAB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inventory limitations. If we cancel your order we will issue a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] for a RMA number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Certain personal care or intimate items are final sale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on wildlab.shop—including text, images, logos, designs, and software—is the property of WILDLAB or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WILDLAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
