Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or promotional codes needed to qualify. This offer applies automatically at checkout. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after order placement and payment confirmation. Handling time begins once your order is placed and may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed within the United States.
Order Cut-off Time
All orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We encourage you to place orders early to ensure timely processing.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to the carrier, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of WILDLAB.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your packages. The specific carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on your delivery address and package weight. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. WILDLAB is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
WILDLAB is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For lost packages, please first check with your neighbors and local delivery office. If the package remains missing, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
International Shipping
At this time, WILDLAB primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to additional fees, duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
