You may initiate a return or exchange for any unused, unworn, or defective item within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, wear, or abuse may not qualify for a full refund. WILDLAB reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and to deny refunds if items are damaged through customer misuse.

Free Returns and Exchanges
WILDLAB covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day window. You will not be charged any restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Standard exchange processing takes 5–7 business days, but we strive to expedite popular items.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account. WILDLAB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Non‑Refundable Items
